Administrative Assets: Fully prepared IRS Form W-9, clean corporate background clearances, and completely non-disruptive, plug-and-play room setup requirements.

Program Disclosures & Framework

Scope of Practice: All activities provided (including chair yoga, breathwork, and sound therapies) are strictly educational, restorative, and recreational. These programs do not constitute medical treatment, physical therapy, clinical nursing, or psychological counseling.
Indemnification & Liability: The Client agrees to hold harmless the International Institute of Holistic Development, LLC from liabilities arising out of the physical maintenance or setup of the Client’s own facilities. Total aggregate liability for any operational claim is strictly limited to the total amount of corporate fees paid by the Client during the preceding six-month period.
