11.                     At the same time, you acknowledge that it is strictly prohibited to engage in the following activities: collecting contact information, promoting, selling goods or services, marketing, or any other initiative intended to generate income from students, clients, or collaborators of the INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC, whether online or during any in-person activities. Engaging in such activities will result in the immediate termination of such activities or the expulsion of the individual involved in such practices without any obligation for reimbursement of payments for participation or any other kind made to INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC.

12.                     The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC. You also understand that the results or the expected outcome of such spiritual and energetic techniques cannot be guaranteed by their nature, based on which you agree to release INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC, its owners, board members, employees, agents, and/or volunteers from liability in accordance with the provisions of clauses 6, 7 and, 8 of this document.
