As a result, you AUTHORIZE and CONSENT to the use of your image and likeness by the INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD), without any obligation of payment or compensation on our part. At the same time, you acknowledge that you will refrain from recording videos or audio files, taking photographs of our copyrighted materials, events, students, collaborators, or participants. The INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD) will ensure to document all necessary materials and will publish or provide them to its clients, students, or participants at the appropriate time.

11.                     At the same time, you acknowledge that it is strictly prohibited to engage in the following activities: collecting contact information, promoting, selling goods or services, marketing, or any other initiative intended to generate income from students, clients, or collaborators of the INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC, whether online or during any in-person activities. Engaging in such activities will result in the immediate termination of such activities or the expulsion of the individual involved in such practices without any obligation for reimbursement of payments for participation or any other kind made to INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC.

12.                     The Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, videos, music and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC. You also commit to not sharing with third parties, unrelated to the course, the didactic material produced or provided in the virtual lessons, understanding that this is the intellectual property of INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC; and not sharing with third parties or on social media the personal information of other participants that may be known through these recordings.

14.                     You recognize and agree that by uploading any content (including, but not limited to designs, images, animations, videos, audio files, fonts, logos, illustrations, compositions, artwork, interfaces, texts, and literary works) through any means on any of the websites and digital platforms of the INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC, you confirm that you own all relevant rights or have obtained the appropriate license to upload/transfer/send the content. 15.                     Likewise, you acknowledge understanding that during some classes, specific exercises may be conducted using techniques known as INTEGRAL FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS, MINDFULNESS, GUIDED MEDITATION, PRAYER, among others, which may or may not involve the discussion of personal aspects of your life and making changes in your beliefs or behaviors, potentially experiencing uncomfortable feelings and changes in your relationships. You also understand that the results or the expected outcome of such spiritual and energetic techniques cannot be guaranteed by their nature, based on which you agree to release INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE OF HOLISTIC DEVELOPMENT (IIHD)/NESTER SERVICES LLC, its owners, board members, employees, agents, and/or volunteers from liability in accordance with the provisions of clauses 6, 7 and, 8 of this document.

Any and all such claims and disputes shall be brought in, and you hereby consent to them being decided exclusively via arbitration in Orlando, FL. The application of the United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
