With vast international experience as a holistic couples therapist, mentor, and spiritual guide for relationships, he has accompanied hundreds of people in various countries to heal their bonds, reconnect with their essence, and live a full emotional life. Currently, as a result of this profound experience, he is about to publish his latest work:

"ASÍ SOMOS: Manual para la vida en pareja en el siglo XXI" (THIS IS HOW WE ARE: A Manual for Couple Life in the 21st Century), a revealing and practical compendium for transforming relationships from conscious love and experiential spirituality.

He is also the co-creator, along with teacher Lidia Nester, of the renowned International Certification Workshop in Couple Therapy, a pioneering program of its kind that integrates energetic, systemic, and spiritual approaches to train highly qualified therapists globally. Together they also direct the International Institute of Holistic Development (IIHD), from where they promote transformative education based on the expansion of consciousness, integral healing, and spiritual leadership.

Francisco's central belief is clear: true change and progress in society are rooted in spiritual awareness. His unique approach integrates ancestral wisdom with contemporary strategies to catalyze personal and professional growth, empowering individuals to lead with impact and live with purpose. His philosophy, Pragmatic Humanism©, merges material reality with the spiritual world to guide individuals, governments, and corporations towards solutions driven by values and transcendent meaning.

This profound ability to inspire and guide is supported by a solid academic background and rigorous spiritual preparation. Francisco holds a Bachelor's degree in International Studies, is a researcher, professor, writer, and international speaker, with a Master's degree in International Trade and a Diploma in African Studies. He has developed his academic career in renowned institutions such as the Central University of Venezuela and the Institute of Strategic Studies on Africa and its Diaspora.

He currently works as an instructor at Valencia College, Florida, United States, contributing his experience and integrative vision to new generations of international students.

​

In turn, as a certified life coach, holistic therapist, Reiki master, and Kabbalist, he has deepened his spiritual training in centers such as The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology, the International Institute of Holistic Development, and KABBALAH University (Bnei Baruch). Thanks to this integration of knowledge, he addresses the mind-body-spirit connection in his therapeutic processes, coaching sessions, and teachings.

His leadership is also reflected in his social commitment. He founded the Institute of Afro-Diasporic Studies (IAS), an NGO dedicated to the defense and promotion of the human rights of people of African descent worldwide. This work has been recognized by organizations such as the United States Department of State, the United Nations, and MIPAD Global 100, which distinguished him as one of the 100 most influential people of African descent in the world in 2017 and 2018.

Currently, through conferences, workshops, and his work at the IIHD, Francisco shares practical tools and profound teachings in areas such as Kabbalah, Hebrew mysticism, the Zulu worldview applied to family constellations, and modern Theory Z for holistic development.
